Changes

If you need to change your reservation after you've completed it, we'll happily make changes and send you a revised reservation confirmation but we do charge a change fee of $20.00 each time. The fee will be charged to the same credit card that was used to make the reservation.

If you're adding more canoes, kayaks, or accommodations to your reservation we'll waive this change fee.

Cancellations

If you've already made a reservation with us and need to cancel it, just call or email our reservations office to let us know and find out if you're eligible for a partial refund.

When cancellation requests are received by May 31st, all deposits paid will be refunded in full except for a cancellation fee of: $20 for reservations of canoes, kayaks, carts, and equipment only; or $20 per cabin, per night for reservations that include cabin accommodations.

Deposits paid on reservations of carts only are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation request is received.

After June 1st, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may, however, change your reservation to other dates within the same season, based on availability.
